Jagapathi Babu, Vadivelu, Soori and Tarun Arora play pivotal roles.Kaththi Sandai is the story of a farmer who becomes a Robin Hood style thief for the welfare of his village. He steals from the people who deny his village of its basic needs and uses the money for its development.
