Much like Sex Panther, 50% of the time this ...: Elon Musk on Democrats - The Times of India

Elon Musk recently made fun of a group of Democratic Senators for featuring in, and sharing, almost identical videos to blame President Donald Trump for rise in inflation. The posts were shared after the US President Donald Trump’s address to the Congress recently. Among other things, President Trump also praised Elon Musk during the address. Trump cheered Musk for overseeing the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). He said that Musk’s DOGE was making a wave of cuts to a wide variety of programs across the federal government.
The video montages shard by Democrat supporters featured identical opening footage of Trump pledging to “lower prices from day one” have been circulated by at least 22 Democratic lawmakers. In these clips, the politicians slam Trump’s policies, arguing that inflation has surged during his term rather than declining as promised.
The same has been shared by several handles who support Elon Musk on Twitter. Quoting one such post from a Twitter handle called ‘@amuse’, Musk wrote: ‘Much like Sex Panther, 50% of the time this propaganda works 100% of the time.’
The Twitter post he quoted read: “NARRATIVE: The Democrats keep proving they are being controlled by a small handful of powerful people that literally put words in their mouths. Here 50:”

The video has also been shared by several other users on Twitter. “About 50 House Democrats just posted the same exact talking points, word for word,” read a post from Twitter handle EndWokeness.

Where is Elon Musk …: John Larson lashes out at DOGE

Representative John Larson (D-Conn.) unleashed a fiery tirade against Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) during a recent session of the House Ways and Means Committee.
While discussing bills aimed at informing the House about DOGE’s access to Treasury Department payment systems and the Social Security Administration, Larson grew visibly furious. His face flushed as he berated Republican colleagues, shouting, “You’ll blindly follow whatever Elon Musk and Donald Trump dictate!”
“Where’s the committee’s backbone? Where’s the legislative authority? We’re a co-equal branch of government!” Larson bellowed, gesturing toward vacant seats. “Where’s Elon Musk hiding?”
Democrats bristled at Musk’s comments about curbing waste and fraud in entitlement programs, which he argued dominate federal spending. “There’s rampant fraud—people exploiting Social Security numbers for benefits, unemployment claims, Small Business Administration loans, and medical care,” Musk had said. “We’re working to shut it all down.”
In a FOX Business interview, Musk further claimed that federal entitlement programs act as “a tool for Democrats to lure and keep illegal immigrants by paying them to cross the border and eventually making them voters.” He doubled down on the criticism in a podcast with Joe Rogan last month, calling Social Security “the greatest Ponzi scheme ever,” a statement that further incensed Larson. In response, Larson and his fellow committee Democrats proposed a resolution demanding the Trump administration clarify DOGE’s plans for Social Security.
